Brand new to Ozone therapy. I have a congested liver and a packed gallbladder. I have been doing coffee enemas for a couple of months now and Liver Flushes for many years. (Last year I got a stone stuck in a bile duct and waste was pale yellow for several months.

The last time I went to my doctor he said that if I really wanted to detoxify myself I should get a water ozone generator. I bought the Sota version and incorporated a weak solution before my Coffee-Enema yesterday and also drank about half a cup of ozonated water. Woke up this morning feeling like the flu called in sick to work. Healing crisis I am sure.

What is the best way to ease into this without taking me out of the working world again?
