Would love a partner to post daily on a Water Fast for 2 weeks minimum. Starting tomorrow, Monday april 17th, 2017. Having some major surgery done on may 4. YIKES! TRYING TO LOSE AS MUCH AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE,in this short time frame and still remain healthy, hoping to be healthier! This will be new to me, so PLEASE, anyone interested, please please please come join me. Will be supplementing with some vitamins and a protein shake/green fruit powders. Exercise too, moderate, but throughout this initial 2 week journey. Walking, swimming, some weight training along with some meditation and a little yoga. Open minded to advise. Very motivated and willing to help anyone as much as I can! Come join me!
