You are ok. Ketosis will return. If you live with your parents, it is hard to fast with water only. Just ask them to watch some YouTube videos by Dr. Goldhammer, Fuhrman, Mercola, etc. there are many others who talk about benefits of fasting. Educate them. Once they see how vibrant you look after a fast they will believe you.
Fast without worries and fear.
