Hi and thank you for some of the extra advice, and I just eliminated those things to get rid of EC and now that my EC is nearly gone and I've lost a significant amount of weight since I started (30lbs) now I'm motivated again to lose the weight I've gained over the years since having EC. And I can't remember or my mother can't remember taking Antibiotics prior to getting EC I have taken several with having EC from tonsillitis several times, but I'm still following the strict way of eating because I'm finally getting control of my life back!
