I'll be starting a dry fast - in fact started it midnight. The idea is to go dry a few days and then go to water till I'm done.
I have eaten a few days very calorie rich food and was 172lb after eating last night.
So today on I wont be weighing myself. I'll know when I'm good to start eating. I think.
