Agreed about the laxatives...constipation is enemy number 1 (apart from the candida of course). Let me know how you go with the monolaurin.

Interesting that you have ongoing sinus issues because one of the first effects with monolaurin was a clearing of my sinuses, and then, when the die off kicked in, a runny nose--I had to blow it all the time.

I've just tried a butyrate enema--head spinning, heart pounding (haven't had this feeling for over a year...but maybe used too much). I always tend to overdo things.
