Good to know about the delayed affects of Monolaurin. I have some but it's not the pellets. I ordered those today. I'm hoping something helps with the lingering sinus problems. So I'm getting a little experimental. I feel like a crazy chemist, always trying to find the right combination.

Keeping my colon moving while taking all these supplements is key for me to not feel toxic. I take 3 Swiss Kriss and 1 Cleanse More (by Renew Life) capsules and in 6 hours I'm cleaned out. It's pretty dramatic.
