Although I love beans, I feel as if they don't 100% agree with me, so thank you for letting me know.

I'm super excited to try all of the things you suggested ....

Coconut oil as a a new supplement?? Is that good for the thyroid? I've read it is but you never know what you can believe. Have you personally or someone you know have a good experience with it for losing weight? Etc?

Again I'd love to know your background and how you have this wealth of knowledge!! Thank you!
