Hello thankyou for your reply. I will keep you up to date on how i get on. it will be nice to share the experience with someone as nobody knows that I'm doing it. i think i am going to have some water wile fasting i will keep it to a minimum.. i start tomorrow i hope you have a great easter weekend.
