So I am new here! So first of all HI everyone!

I would like to ask you guys about this if you guys can help.

I had no history of eczema it only started after I started living in UK I come from a hot country. It started 3 years ago I'm 27 yo.

I have noticed my eczema gets worse when I quit smoking and alcohol and lead a healthier life.

It's been 3 months since I have smoked or touched alcohol. All of a sudden after 3 months I have a massive breakout in places I had eczema previously that had seemed to have healed before.

Whenever I have I had done this in past my eczema has gone crazy on me. I have quit smoking before also and the same thing happened.

Last time I began smoking again thinking even after quitting smoking and drinking nothing has changed so why try. (I know it's for health but i gave it up more for my skin).

When I go back to drinking and smoking the outbreak is not as bad. I am really confused why this is happening.

My eczema is mostly small red dots/bumps which when scratched oozes and stays back as a tiny red hole.

I have visited several dermatologist they all gave me steriods and that's all.

I thought it was scabies but I have had this since last 3 years and none of the dermatlogist thinks it's anything other than dry skin.

I have also added Neem to my regime.

I recently did a Liver Flush also but the flare up began 4-5 days before the flush and I don't see much of a difference after the flush just that the wounds from the flare up are drying and healing.
