I can only hold each coffee enema in for about 5mins. I usually do two in a row, back to back. I worry that because I can't hold it longer, I am not getting any benefits from it. Would two back to back 5 min coffee enemas do anything for the body or do I have to hold the coffee in for at least 10-15mins as I've seen in almost all instructions. Thanks
