i feel so glad to read this! i was so desparate to become a vegan i immediately ditched all animal products........ and i feel awful. i began my veganism around two weeks ago and my vison is patchy, i feel lethargic, and nauseous every waking minute. i have exams to study for but i have found myself almost bed bound only having the energy to remain horizontal and watch films. i had perfected a vegan diet; filled with every possible nutrient necessary for human life. every bean variation, flax, chia, seeds, spiritulina daily just to name a few. i guess this is where my venture ends and it seems i will have to return to my previous omnivore diet.... i see no other choice
