Thanks... Well, I *can* browse the site and open the links you kindly shared just fine. The only problem is that the search engine doesn't work for me. When I search something, no hits are reported. If it works for you, then it must somehow have to do with my system / connection, which is weird.

Great to hear that you could fix your type 2! Personally I can really tell how fasting improves insulin resistance, it's quite amazing.
