I have been trying coffee enemas again for about 2 weeks now. I struggled to keep them in but started using Epsom Salt and tried black strap molasses as well. Out of all the times I have tried it (maybe 16, I have only been able to get it to work once. I felt absolutely incredible after. Since then I have not been able to replicate. The max I have done is 2.5 table spoons of coffee in 32ish ounces of water. I held for 20 minutes and still nothing happened.

I have ben somewhat constipated the last week or so i'm wondering if this maybe blocking it. I would really like to capture and be able to stimulate another bile dump, but it seems like my gallbladder is really locked up.

I am wonder if anyone can help me troubleshoot this. Should I up the coffee amount or up the amount of actual fluid?
