this is like magic!!! I have read your posts before but we were both on different days and since I really liked your energetic spirit and your discipline I sort of wished we were on the same page and there you have it!!! WE ARE NOW!!! OK I feel soo much better now.....I mean i know, unlike YOU, I didn't like decided six days and broke the fast.. i just made a mistake..more like three mistakes and the reason that I want to consider this as MY first day is because I didin't want to think and get caught up on the mistakes of the past!!! So instead I am looking at today as the start of the new journey and the past six days as sort of a preparation for this new journey..letting my body get used to the idea of fasting again !!! Please keep in touch..it will mean a lot to me....just in case here is my email as well!!

I will keep you posted for sure on my progress!! I am going to do the SW right now..(it's afternoon here in NYC) and then prepare my lemonade for the day and go to work !!!
Here are a few tips I have sort come up with from my six days experience:
Do the Salt wash in the morning and while you wait for the "BUTT PEE" DRY brush your body. It's wonderful for your skin but most importantly for your glands and it moves the toxins in your body easier and quicker!
Six glasses of lemonade are GOOD enough for me - i Use four tbs of maple syrup in three glasses of lemonade - so one TBSP per glass and one extra for more flavor - i don't like it that sweet and two since one more reasons is weight loss the book said less maple syrup maybe used!
SM tea in the evening IS VERY IMPORTANT - i skipped it for two night in a row coz i didn't have any and I really felt the difference...when i did the sw in the morning there wasn't much stuff coming out and i felt very bloated!!
Drink WATER...of course...sitll not sure How many glasses...any suggestion on that?? exact nr????
Do some cardio (like thirty min three to four times a week and pilates or yoga) it really helps to move the toxins out of your body quicker and better. I am starting my regular workout routine today (MON) Still debating on weight training!? Any suggestions?????
And last but not least - no FOOD what so ever...i did some food tasting..a little dry bread and i would chew it and spit it out and the same with a piece of fruit ( and then on the fifth day i really messed it up with yogurt)...and I WASN"T EVEN HUNGRY!!!
Just focus on how CLEAN and Healthy your body wil be at the end of the cleanse and drink the lemonade cold especially when it's hot and visualize how clean you are inside and how slim you are in the outside and how light and energized you feel and HOW PINK YOUR TONGUE IS and clean your skin is !!! do visualization before going to bed and when waking up or when you are on the sto light or in the subway like me!!! It really does wonders to not only keep you going but increase your success level!!!!
