I don't see why it wouldn't be okay. I actually just finished a 12 Day Master-Cleanse cleanse on Friday and went to juice and fruits on Friday night and Saturday and ate on Sunday--way too fast. I felt really cleansed inside and my tongue was pink, but my skin problems (dryness, acne, clogged pores) have not ceased so I am starting another Master-Cleanse fast today and I will go until I see my skin clear up. I am with you in that I should've just continued with a longer fast but I thought my skin would clear up but instead, as soon as I ate, my stomach hurt and my skin problems returned so I guess I didn't detoxify as deeply as I needed to. Good luck to us! In the book excerpt, he says the fast can be done 3-4 times yearly OR more frequently for more serious conditions. I figure it can't hurt so let's go for it! Today is Day 1 of a new cleanse for me too!
