Thanks, I will try that! I've done them a couple of times, but never in combination with the liver cleanse.

Also, the cleanse I found online years ago that I have been doing did not call for any days of preparation.... Upon further research, I think next time I will also drink the apple or tart cherry juice ahead of time and see if that helps. Just got a copy of The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush and started reading that.
