Quite often it takes several cleanses to get the gallbladder/liver working optimally. The first flushes few may only produce sand and sludge. Then on subsequent flushes more stones begin to come out. Keep going. Also consider coffee enemas as they can help detoxify the liver/gb very quickly of all the softer/liquid like toxins which will benefit the skin as well.
