And yes I was just curious to what members on here take daily I quit my multi as for the reason u said I am still looking for a top quality trusting one I think I will find one with folate in it and of course the highest forms natural like natural b natural E etc no mag strerate things like that and soft gel and looking for good balance trace minerals certain things it doesn't have to have much as I have on side like mag and vitamin d
