Well, glad we've reached consensus on some points at least. It's a start, and a good basis on which to proceed.

I didn't use bible scholars to come to my ideas on this subject.

Neither did I. You don't need them to read & understand His word. They are a useful tool & aid to further or enrich one's understanding, but by no means are they an essential prerequisite for acquiring a basic grasp of foundational truth, sufficient unto salvation.

As to your specific questions, they are many & varied, some with implications that are so far-reaching that even you might be surprised by the reply. However, they require a fairly comprehensive response to do them proper justice - a response that takes first principles into consideration. That's no trivial undertaking, and I just don't have the time to do all that presently.

But rest assured, I will answer all your questions in full in due course - possibly under a new thread. You'll just hafta be a little patient with me. Meantime, vekky might wanna give us her thoughts on these interesting questions - if she has the time.
