Hi,

Dr Schulze's female formula has helped my girlfriend significantly with her irregular periods and menstrual cramps, but at 6 droppersfull per day it is really expensive.

I would like to make the formula myself, but have questions regarding how to do it.

I found the recipe on the healingtools website.

(I tried to post a link, but only longstanding members are allowed to do that.)

It says: "Put together EQUAL amounts of the following Tinctures:"

Does this mean I have to make six separate tinctures for each one of the herbs and then mix the tinctures?

Or can I put all the ingredients into one jar and prepare them all at once?

If anyone has more detailed instructions, I would really appreciate it.
