Thank you. I have been doing them for about three months and candida is still coming out regularly. I am measuring progress though, and I feel better and better. I just hope it continues this way. Today is the first day that the monolaurin die off seems to have quietened down. I've been doing some fairly radical stuff but am loath to suggest things until I am sure they're actually helping. Anyway, thank you again and I will keep you posted.
