Thank you again. The audio webinar was very informative! It's a little hard to tell when one should use DMPS vs DMSA with ALA. I like the idea of taking DMPS to take every 8 hours vs 4. But is there a downside?

Also, I stupidly took a Iodine supplement per recommendation of two doctors and felt awful. Just curious if that is normal for mercury toxic people and if others have had a similar experience?

I was told to take it due to an Iodine deficiency on blood testing.
