Hi Alex,
Some suggestions based on what is helping me.
I can't figure out what can help with this because I tried probiotics and it caused severe die-off so I'm scared to try anything a herbalist or naturopathic doctor recommended.
If you ever have the need to go to a doctor again, never go to anyone who is isn't a naturopathic doctor. If you do the odds are that you will be given medications from Big Pharma that have been proven to be detrimental to your health
There is a Dr. Gundry that I came across who talked about why probiotics didn't do much good taken alone for candida. He said you need to take them with fiber.
He has a product called Prebio Thrive that is a powder that is made up of 5 fiber products. The bad news is it was priced @$49 a bottle, but now he sells it for $79. Amazom sells it in the $90 dollar range. Since he suggested that you should give it at least 90 days to work, I bought a package deal 6 for $199 which now is $244. my cost per bottle was $33.
In addition I was using Custom Probiotic CP1 capsules that were 60 billion CFU's each. I changed that to a 6 strain powder that provides 280 billion cfu's per gram. [3 times the cost]
Not quite finished with the first bottle of fibre, but It's working a lot better than before.
As far as food sensitivities go, that could be Gluten from wheat products. I have that problem also.
Not all "Gluten free" products are good. The Heath Ranger posted an article that said if it isn't organic it could still be a problem.
As far as diet, always eat organic food, and remember that sugar in any form feeds the bad bacteria.
Yea i know some of the news wasn't what you wanted to hear, but I can't do anything about it.
Hope you get it worked out.
