Hi Alex here,
I'm new to this forum but not new to candida, I've been dealing with this problem for a couple of years that I know of now and I've been to every doctor and specialist under the sun with still no relief. I've tried the "candida diet" for the last 3-4 months and as mostly everyone said they've found relief the first couple weeks then the same symptoms came back. I'm a 23 year old guy and I'm at my wit's end, I can't figure out what can help with this because I tried probiotics and it caused severe die-off so I'm scared to try anything a herbalist or naturopathic doctor recommended. I really could use some guidance on where to start out again because the food sensitivities are getting worse and my energy is at an all time low. if anyone has a recommendation of a plan to start at, to put me on the right path to good health I'd extremely be greatful of that! Looking forward to hearing from everyone.
