I've read ab. magnesium--so it looks as tho i have to choose between releasing waste from my body--or feeding heavy metal crap. I don't know how many others have paralyzing IBS--but on top of this i take opioids & other drugs that f----g
seal off your bowels. No laxitive in existence works: natural/herbal,rx-NOTHING. So I don't hv any choice. Shite--or worry ab.heavy metal? Hmmm.

Like I said, that's a hell of a choice.
I think Im gonna crap. Because otherwise i'll be every bit as miserable (or worse) & end up w/fatally toxic & leaking gut...
