Pin worms aren't normally 10cm long (as far as I know) and I've never heard of them in urine before.

Sounds like you might have disseminated worms. It's hard to say what kind specifically, but roundworms seem to be the most common. Strongyloides tend to migrate a lot.

I'd suggest adding fresh papaya fruit and seeds to your diet. Preferably with each meal.

* caveats:- Don't take while pregnant or trying to get pregnant (has contraceptive effect - useful for men) or breastfeeding. It can also have a laxative effect if you're not used to it or take too much.

Start with a small amount, say a quarter teaspoon of seeds and some of the flesh and increase as your body adjusts. Add a little greek style yogurt (no added sugar) to neutralise the peppery taste of the seeds. I usually have it as a small side dish with a main meal. Not only does it kill parasites in your intestinal tract, it aides digestion too.

If that doesn't do the trick, you may have to look at more traditional drugs like Pyratel Pamoate, Ivermectin, and Albendazole.
