Hi,
I was reading your response where you mentioned that you have a lot of experience with fasting. I am just starting out on my first fast.
You said you break your fast if you drink milk? I have been drinking tea and water with lemon. I though liquids like soup, and smoothies were ok; but Im seeing people write that they couldn't even eat/chew gum. Your thoughts?
