I just resumed eating fruits following a 12 day MC. I had an upset stomach when I first swallowed even the smallest amount of solid food. The book excerpt suggests going back to the Lemonade Diet for a few more days if this happens. Will I benefit by going right back to the Master-Cleanse after resuming eating for a few days? How soon can I take up another Master-Cleanse fast? Thanks for any advice. I guess I just loved being on the Master-Cleanse and now I kind of wish I had just continued instead of chosing to stop.
