Great advice. Thank you. Do you mind sharing the frequency of both doing the kidney cleanse and taking zeolite / binders?

Do u by chance use a IR sauna as part of treatment? I am experimenting with it and have had mixed results. Some days seem better with it, and others feel worse. Have a hunch it's to do with timing of binders and vitamins
