Oh I agree it is very hard to exit Sugar but I see a serious connection with the deficiencys that Sugar causes it is close to impossible to throw it all but things like soda pop candy the stuff with major Sugar has been scrapped for me I was a guy who had excess sugar for years it was bad bad an addiction but if you are eating it I think those 5 deficiency need to be checked and monitored somehow

Or is the hair mineral test with magnesium good enough? If u do the hair mineral u will access mag and chromium

A zinc test is needed and I'm still trying to figure out the calcium mag ratio lol

What I'm saying is to look out for those 5 nutrients that sugar is depleting we gotta fix those which are mostly nutrients needed for adrenals smh and blood sugar I still have not got my filling out but planning to before the summer the plan for me was and still is in this order


cavitation surgery
Filling removal
parasite cleanse
Monitor nutrients that sugar depletes
