Good to hear you are starting at a young age while still "healthy", healthy being a relative term in this heavily polluted world.

I've seen hundreds of photos of long strands of mucoid placque from people doing enemas and colonics combined with dryfasting and grape juice with lemon juice. [See "The Master Fast System"]
I could not do the colonics and enemas and the Homozon is doing a great job of liquefaction action while I continue to employ the body's healing/restorative response when dryfasting.Dryfasting costs basically nothing and can be done in many different ways.

Emotionally, mentally, clearing out the intestinal tract smooths me out.
