Yes, doing the Plan again can help to better balance what seems like some immune system dysregulation. You may or may not need to do the HCL Protocol depending on your current symptoms. Obviously, parasites are a sign of low HCL levels.
Low fat tolerance and poor protein digestion means liver/GB congestion and that is another indicator for low HCL. Low protein leads to decreased neurotransmitter function, immunity, enzymes, etc.
I'd start with the Plan and keep me posted on how you're doing. Directly through the site is often better than Curezone.
