You're taking way too many supplements that have antagonist effects. Iodine is an oxidant and with that you're taking a bunch of antioxidants. I'm against the use of antioxidants because they have retardant characteristics, decreasing your metabolism, and becoming entrapped in your body systems.

Most likely you thyroid is full of magnesium and Astaxanthin, and that little Iodine you took if helping your body remove all the stuff you're taking from it. If I were in your position I'd suspend everything you're taking and experiment with a little Iodine for some time and see how that evolves.
