Thank you archus for your reply, I really appreciate it! I have used neti but it didn't help. I tried castor oil recently but missed two critical steps described in your message: let the head drop (I used q-tip) and warm the oil. I will definitely try both castor oil and garlic. I also plan to get the sinupret because someone here said it cleared nostrils. Thanks again!
