Not worms, and I don't think there is mucus.

Explain more about your visual disturbances. Do you get stringy mucus accumulating in the corners of your eyes?

Can you list the food items that may contain stringy compositions. For example, meat can sometimes have stringy fat, or celery, bananas etc.

Beside concerns about seeing things in stool, are there other concerns like change in consistency, odour, frequency, color?
