A friend of mine was told by her husband that doing the Master-Cleanse was dangerous, because a woman shouldn't go without calcium for 10 days. I'm 37 and don't even take calcium, just try to eat lots of vegies. What do you all think? I think the 'dude' is an idiot. And no, he's not a doctor, but a lawyer...
