Hi. I know about GF juice to offset the liver enzymes. I have taken ABZ before, but I don't think I did it for 28 days and for three or four rounds. About 1/4th of that maybe in 2014. I'd have to find my old notes; the website that I was using at the time was/is trolled really badly and lots of information posted by numerous people was destroyed.

I'll be taking ABZ w fat mostly. Twice daily GFJ is not easy for me to tolerate.

I'm hoping someone on this site will advise me on how to treat my gut microbiome while using doxy for so long. The CVS probiotics I bought do not cut it.
