I am not over fed at this stage. I am under 150lb and @ 5' 9.5" being small - medium bone size in another few lb I'll be under weight. I've been around this weight since December 1st week or so. So definitely not a overfed body.
Now back in Oct when I used to feel hunger (and was around 200 lb) I was feeling a more sharp and painful feeling. That I had to stop, and I used to do bullet proof coffee to stop. Now I am going to live with it a few days, I've got 36 hours in so far, no idea when I'll be breaking it. Maybe 29th. Maybe apr 1st. Not sure. The feeling isn't too bad. I can manage.
