Thank you for your message Archus. I'm curious as to to why you say discontinue the herbs and fast? Some of the herbs in my tea do target the liver and I have read that fasting is good for the liver also. I do not consume processed foods or sugar (only from fruit and raw honey). My diet is pretty good at the moment but I feel I need to do something more to kick this! Will look more into the liver flush. Thanks!
