Hi! With regards to avoiding alcohol in herbal extracts...simply put your drops of extract on a spoon first and light it on fire (I use a long bbq lighter) it will take about 20 seconds or so and you will have a blue flame...but when the flame goes out all the alcohol has burned off and you can now take your extract free of alcohol.
