Another question: Is it normal that I dont shit while fasting? I did two 7-day waterfasts and I have never shit even once during the fasting.

I heard from other waterfasting experiences, that they naturally get diarrhea (or at least shit normal) at like day 4 or something.

Why dont I shit during fasting? Is it maybe because before my waterfasts I also ate meat and bread and stuff like that, stuff that is harder to digest and takes longer to shit out?
