I have option to do Colon Hidrotheraphy (3-4) sessions or P and B Shake. What is the best method, which does a better job?

I suffer from severe constipation. My bowel (large colon) is completely NOT moving. I am taking Psyllium now but also it's not a solution. It has lot of fiber and it pushes so I can defecate.

Also I am not digesting and absorbing well.
