Day 6 down 131.5 lb lost 1.5lb since yesterday. Started at 144. Total lost 12.5 in 6 days. Stopped taking allergy meds. My allergies are gone. Sleeping better. Better control of moods. Have very little hunger only late at night and early morning. Tried to do some light exercise but couldn't. Itching gone.aches on lower back. Some heartburn.
