Great post. I was reading yesterday on Dr. Mark Sircus website about the vitamin c and I bought the Linus Pauling supplements too and so I am here taking them now. I have the serrapeptase and have red grape seeds. I can make those up.

Thankfully I do not have high blood pressure or diabetes.


I am having chest pressure and pain in my neck which bothers me. Taking black seed oil daily with cherry juice and nebulizing with ionic silver daily and also magnesium oil. diet is good as I am afraid to eat much.
