I was not dry fasting, it was 40 day water fast, although I was really dehydrated during the final week, regardless of how much water I drank. And I had no blockage.
From what I have read, it is normal to have bowel movement after extended period of water fasting. Actually some people wait for it as it is considered to be a sign of completed cleanse and natural end of fasting. Does anyone have experience with this? I would like to avoid the problems this time. Thank you!
