Hi!

No she drinks unsweetened herbal tea, water, and coffee with no cream or sugar. You can take it straight from the jar too in solid or liquid form. Either way will lead you into ketosis and lessen the transition into water fasting. Anywhere from 4tbs to 14 tbs of coconut oil will do it. I like my coconut oil in dirty chai tea. It's half chai tea/half coffee.
