Hi Archus,

I was planning to break it on Friday. I can hardly walk and cannot keep down water well. Extreme nausea that does not seem to go away. I still have the full face rash, its covering my back and shoulders.

I have absolutely no appetite and every piece of food I can think about disgusts me. However, I desperately need energy to go to work. I start my second job on Monday too but I have zero energy.


I do not know how I should break the fast. I'm a little afraid to break it with fruit because I do not want to dump Sugar into my body so fast and go into shock. I need some advice on these things please...
