No need to worry. Check your tongue, if it is pink that is one sign of body is almost clean. Best way to know when to break fast is when you feel real hunger in your throat. Sometimes people get true hunger after 30 days, some 40 days.

Listen to your body and make the decision when you want to break your fast.
