Hi there...Fair play to you planning on 21 days. I did a 3 day one last week and lost 8 pounds. Unfortunately I didn't break it very well and gained the weight back. I have started again today and plan on doing 10 days and hopefully breaking it sensibly. Have you done many of them before or just the one last year? Mary
